We are delighted to share that IGNITING MINDS-NPO successfully hosted its very first Modern Stress Management Foundation Training in South Africa – a truly historic step for us! 🇿🇦
Although it was a small group, the impact was powerful. Participants were deeply excited and grateful to discover practical ways of creating a less stressful world for themselves and others through the use of modern energy. They have committed to applying these empowering techniques in their daily lives.
One participant even remarked that this training should be “a must” for her partner – a true testament to the value of what was shared.
