The training gave me a different perspective about healing myself. I learnt so much over the period of two days , and I've acquired knowledge that will benefit me and those around me for the rest of my life. At some point in the training session, I was resistant to tapping on a certain aspect, but my trainer was patient with me, and he supported me.
